What we're looking for

Student in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
Possibility of establishing an internship agreement with the educational center.
Languages: Spanish: Native. | English: B2 level.

The role

The main mission of an Intern at Europastry is to support various tasks and projects, gaining practical experience in a professional environment while contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives. The student will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop skills relevant to their career, and contribute new ideas and fresh perspectives.

What you'll do

Management of accounts and credit for the assigned client portfolio
Resolution of incidents arising from discrepancies occurring in client invoicing.
Telephone and written claims to clients regarding overdue or unpaid balances within the assigned portfolio.
Collaboration with the sales and customer service departments to ensure timely payments from clients.
Collaboration in the drafting of credit management reports for subsequent reporting.
Filing of the managed accounting documents and the administrative procedures performed.
