In this growth context, we are looking to bring on board a Business Development Manager - Data & AI, focused on generating new business and developing strategic accounts to drive our Data & Artificial Intelligence practice.

The main mission of the role will be to drive the commercial growth of the Data & AI area, identifying new business opportunities and assisting our clients in defining and implementing data-based and artificial intelligence solutions that generate a real impact on the business.

We are looking for a clearly commercial profile, with the ability to maintain strategic conversations with business and technology executives, understand their challenges, and position high-value solutions around data management, advanced analytics, and AI.

• Business development and opening of new accounts in the field of Data & AI.

• Identification, generation, and closing of opportunities related to:

  • Data strategy and governance.

  • Data platform modernization.

  • Data engineering and DataOps.

  • Business intelligence and analytics.

  • Artificial intelligence and machine learning.

  • Generative AI and intelligent assistants.

  • Data governance and quality.

  • MLOps and deployment of AI solutions.

• Direct relationship with Chief Data Officers (CDO), CIOs, CTOs, data, analytics, and innovation managers.

• Definition and execution of commercial strategies for the growth of the Data & AI practice.

• Development of proposals in collaboration with pre-sales, architecture, and delivery teams.

• Management of the entire sales cycle: prospecting, hunting, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.
