Academic background (required):

We are currently looking for an Artificial Intelligence Strategy Manager, who will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and accelerating the implementation of the AI strategy for clients.
The role will involve integrating technology with business vision, leading the definition of the AI strategy, prioritization of use cases, design of the operating and governance model, as well as analysis of the impact generated.
They will be a reference for organizations in the creation and maturity of AI offices and in the development of agents and intelligent systems that scale the adoption of AI in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.
• You will define AI strategies aligned with the client's business objectives and technological capabilities.
• You will design AI operating models, including organizational structure, roles, processes, and decision-making mechanisms.
• You will lead the design and implementation of AI offices (AI Office) and their functions: strategy, governance, prioritization, development, ethics, compliance...
• You will lead AI transformation, automation, and AI agent projects, ensuring coherence between business, data, and technology.
• You will drive the AI governance framework, defining policies, responsibilities, ethical principles, traceability, and control mechanisms.
• You will analyze and monitor the performance of AI models, including technical, business, and adoption KPIs.
• You will identify and prioritize AI use cases, developing business cases, feasibility analyses, and return-on-investment models.
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams (strategy, data science, legal, risk, technology, operations), ensuring consistent, high-quality deliverables.
• You will contribute to the development of proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and assets in the field of AI strategy and governance.
