From the LIGHTHOUSE team, our center of excellence for Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies, we help our clients find efficiency and high performance across all their IT functions, both internal and external, aligned with their business units and providers: seeking maximum efficiency in the operation of their services and adjusting their costs; as well as increasing their impact on the income statement and driving innovation.

We are currently looking for an Artificial Intelligence Strategy Manager, who will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and accelerating the implementation of the AI strategy for clients.

The role will involve integrating technology with business vision, leading the definition of the AI strategy, prioritization of use cases, design of the operating and governance model, as well as analysis of the impact generated.

They will be a reference for organizations in the creation and maturity of AI offices and in the development of agents and intelligent systems that scale the adoption of AI in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.

What do you need to know?

Academic background (required):

• University degree in STEM: Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.

• A master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a complementary MBA is valued.

Professional experience:

• 6-10 years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years leading AI projects in strategic or technology consulting.

• Proven experience in defining AI strategies, governance models, and designing AI offices (AI Office).

• Prior involvement in generative AI, machine learning, automation, or AI agent projects with direct business impact.

• Proven ability to advise general management and C-level executives, manage multidisciplinary teams, and handle highly complex environments.

Knowledge and skills:

• Mastery of the AI ecosystem: foundation models, autonomous agents, generative AI, intelligent automation, and cloud platforms.

• Basic knowledge of responsible AI principles and standards (GDPR, AI Act, ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF).

• Deep knowledge of AI governance models and risk management frameworks.

• Analytical and strategic ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable impact.

• Communication skills in executive environments.

• Advanced English (minimum C1) and the ability to work with international teams and clients.
