On behalf of our client, we are conducting this search for the position of: SALESFORCE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
We are looking for a professional with technical support knowledge and functional Salesforce expertise to provide first-level support to users at Aire's operational centers, resolving issues with a pedagogical and proactive approach. Their role will be key to ensuring a smooth experience using the platform during the company's digital transformation process, directly contributing to the success of the Salesforce rollout in the centers.
What you'll do
- Address and resolve user inquiries and issues through chat, email, and escalated cases in Salesforce.
- Manage communication with the Salesforce implementation provider to ensure proper issue resolution.
- Manage scheduled tasks: user onboarding/offboarding and adjustments to center configurations (availability, parameterization).
- Identify and resolve issues in business processes reported by the centers.
- Document resolved cases and propose improvements to support protocols.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure Salesforce operational continuity.
- Participate in rotating weekend support shifts.
- Promote platform adoption through proactive support and clear communication with non-technical users.
