We are looking for a professional to provide technical service for systems and solutions implemented at customer facilities in the information technology area.
Field Service Support provides technical service to systems and solutions installed at the customer, guaranteeing the greatest efficiency and effectiveness in each of the assigned activities:
Installations, preventive, corrective, evolutionary maintenance, and modifications, and ensures that the service provided generates a competitive advantage, becoming the differentiating element of Roche's value proposition and achieving optimal levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive and high-visibility technical support to the client, including:
- Equipment installation and configuration: Lead the installation and configuration of analyzers and solutions in the customer's laboratory, ensuring compliance with company requirements and standards.
- Execution of maintenance (preventive, corrective, evolutionary) and installations to reach and maintain an excellent operating level in all assigned instruments, reagents, and software, and train users in their use.
- Establish and maintain proactive communication, excellent follow-up, and collaboration with the customer, including the notification of reagent updates, quality controls, and the implementation of new protocols.
- Provide expert scientific and technical information to customers regarding the complete Roche Diagnostics portfolio.
- Workflow Management and Optimization: continuously configure, monitor, and optimize workflows and sample routes in automated solutions, defining priorities to maximize the operational efficiency of the solutions and compliance with response times.
- Improve and optimize installation, configuration, and user training processes, guaranteeing sustainability and customer satisfaction through the use of the company's digital tools.
- Rigorous reporting and documentation: Report all activity (remote or on-site) in the CRM and ensure the correct documentation and updating of the technical characteristics of the installation at the customer, following reporting quality standards.
