The role
We are selecting an IT Service Delivery & Projects Manager (H/M/X) to join a final client directly, located in Getafe (Madrid).
What you'll do
- Management and monitoring of IT services (applications area), SLA control, KPIs, and reporting to the business.
- Relationship with Vendors: liaison, monitoring of deliveries, budget control, and service quality evaluation.
- Technical coordination. Planning and prioritization of technical and functional evolutions.
- Continuous improvement: definition of improvement actions for services, review of SLAs, preparation of reports, and action plans.
- Business support: requirement gathering, functional analysis, and prioritization of needs with different areas.
