IT Support Specialist

• High level of English.
• Knowledge of incident management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge of EUC (End User Computing) tools and user support.
• Knowledge of technological support tools and incident resolution.
• Ability to apply technical problem diagnosis systems and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of equipment configuration and image deployment on laptops.
• Notions of audiovisual (AV) support for meeting rooms
• Customer focus and excellent communication skills.
• Capacity for learning, organization, and teamwork.

• Availability to work on-site in Madrid.

We are looking for an IT Support profile to join an important project in an on-site modality in Madrid.

Functions:

• Technological attention and support to end users, guaranteeing an excellent service experience.
• Resolution of incidents related to equipment, hardware, software, and corporate tools.
• Access management, including password resets and processing access requests for data and systems.
• Diagnosis, analysis, and reporting of IT problems.
• Preparation, configuration, and installation of the corporate image on new equipment.
• Audiovisual (AV) support in meeting rooms and internal events (training included).
• Registration, tracking, and updating of incidents through ServiceNow.
• Training and guidance for users in the use of EUC (End User Computing) tools.
• Continuous collaboration with the team for knowledge exchange and learning of new technologies and processes.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives within the Digital Workplace environment.
