Product Evolution Quality Technician

To succeed in this position, we are looking for professionals who bring:

• Technical training, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Organizational Engineering, Automotive, Quality, or similar.
• General knowledge of the automotive sector, especially design, industrialization, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of quality management methodologies and processes in projects.
• Experience in deviation monitoring, part coordination, industrialization, or product launch.
• Minimum recommended experience of 1 year in an industrial or automotive environment.
• Proficiency in IT tools for management, monitoring, and the creation of indicators.
• Ability to coordinate meetings and work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Availability to work in project environments, prototype workshops, pilot plants, or production centers.

• High level of English (used daily)

As a Product Evolution Quality Pilot , you will be responsible for coordinating the monitoring of quality deviations and part availability during the various phases of vehicle industrialization and manufacturing.

• Coordinate and monitor the project's quality deviation management process.
• Create, maintain, and update the tracking databases for deviations, part availability, and associated processes.
• Supervise the availability of parts necessary for vehicle manufacturing and assembly.
• Synchronize part delivery dates with the manufacturing schedule.
• Organize and lead follow-up meetings with the Engineering, Plant, Production, and Planning teams.
• Monitor actions, deadlines, and responsible parties, ensuring compliance with established objectives.
• Identify risks, delays, or deviations and activate the corresponding alerts.
• Prepare and communicate status reports, indicators, and dashboards.
• Ensure that the reported information is complete, reliable, and up to date.
• Adapt quality processes and standards to the specific needs of each project.
• Collect lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards.
• Comply with the safety and confidentiality regulations applicable to the work environment and the technical information of the project.
