Your fluent command of Spanish and a second language (Italian, Portuguese, or English)

Your previous experience of at least 2 years in commercial service, acquisition, or B2B telesales

Your organizational capacity and proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams)

Gross hourly salary of €9.93/h, which is equivalent to €1,521.27 gross/month for a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.

You will combine customer service, administrative management, and participation in outbound commercial campaigns, avoiding the routine of repetitive positions.

Offer excellent commercial service, provide precise administrative support to the client area, and participate actively in B2B acquisition, ensuring the agile resolution of each request.

With your daily work, you will ensure the satisfaction of existing clients and help to promote new offers, connecting the client with the company's value proposition.

You will attend to and resolve inquiries, incidents, and client requests via telephone, email, Teams, and other communication channels.

You will keep the commercial database up to date, performing administrative tasks, case follow-ups, and interdepartmental coordination.

You will make proactive B2B acquisition calls and provide information about specific promotions to potential clients.

You will begin with an initial stage of 4 months through Faster Empleo (1 + 3 months) oriented towards your subsequent direct incorporation into the company's permanent staff.

Full-time schedule from 10:00 to 19:00 h with a full hour for lunch and to disconnect.
