The role

From Flexicar, the leading company in the automotive sector, with more than 180 dealerships dedicated to the purchase and sale of used vehicles, we are looking for professionals with experience in managing Vehicle After-Sales Services.

What you'll do

The mission of the position will mainly consist of maintaining an ongoing commercial relationship with workshops, dealerships, and suppliers, in order to review and validate invoices in automotive after-sales services.

What will your duties be?

After-sales advisory.
Receiving calls from suppliers and workshops.
Receiving vehicles during the after-sales period.
Invoice review.
Resolving questions, complaints, and incidents in their after-sales territory.
Budget review.
