The role

To continue driving our success, we are looking for an Administrative Manager Specializing in Fleets and Public Administrations. If you are a meticulous person, you know state portals like the back of your hand, and you are looking for stability in a large company, this is your place!

What you'll do

In your day-to-day work, you will ensure that our fleet runs without legal setbacks, taking on the following responsibilities:

-Absolute Digital Control: Daily monitoring and downloading of notifications on official platforms so that we are always one step ahead of legal deadlines.

-End-to-End Fine Management: Driver identification, submission of appeals/resources, and efficient payment control before the DGT and Traffic authorities.

-Insurance Specialist: Comprehensive coordination of our fleet's insurance portfolio (new policies, cancellations, renewals, claims, and relationship with brokerages).

-Liaison with Public Administration: Expert use of digital certificates and electronic offices for key procedures such as registrations, transfers, and changes of ownership.

Requirements

To fit the role, it is essential that you bring solid experience in:

-Notification Platforms: Real mastery of DEHú, DEV (Electronic Road Address), TESTRA, and Carpeta Ciudadana.

-Electronic Offices: Agility in AEAT, Social Security, DGT, regional government, and municipal portals.

-Insurance and Fines Area: Previous experience managing claims, fine appeals, and traffic procedures.

-Digital Tools: Fluent handling of AutoFirma, Electronic Signature, advanced Excel, and management ERPs.
