Requirements

What we're looking for

You are what we need because...

You have a higher degree in administration and finance (although it is not essential if your experience and skills support you)
You have at least 1 year of experience as a payroll technician.
Experience in accounting is valued.
You have proficiency with the A3 program.
You have experience carrying out various procedures through Siltr@, Contrat@, Delt@, and Contrat@.
You are accustomed to dealing with clients, suppliers, and Management.
You are comfortable in dynamic environments. You organize and plan your work efficiently.
You understand your clients' needs perfectly, and your communication and negotiation skills allow you to resolve the most critical situations. You believe in networking, and your influence and leadership skills are part of your DNA.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

A challenging project within a large consultancy firm
Part-time working day: 27.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 14:00 and 2 afternoons per week from 17:00 to 19:30 (Monday and Wednesday).
Salary package: 882 e/b/month + Activity Bonus.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for:

Payroll and Social Security administration:
Employee registration
Administration of contracts and contractual documents.
Final payment settlements
Taxes: application of the different fiscal aspects affecting payrolls,
Knowledge of accounting.
