Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Administration or similar. Training in Law is valued.
Good proficiency in the Office Suite

Previous experience in claims processing or having had prior contact with the insurance world is preferred.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Direct hiring with MAPFRE through a long-term replacement contract.
Working hours from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Flexible hours).
Annual fixed salary of €23,500 + €3,000 per year in variable pay + meal allowance from Monday to Thursday of €11.30/day.

We are looking for a Claims Processor to work at MAPFRE, at its offices in Madrid.

MAIN MISSION: to carry out specialized activities, in accordance with the specific features of the role and within the assigned territorial area, related to the management and processing of claims and benefits, in line with established rules, quality standards and technical criteria, in order to ensure the correct and effective resolution of files in terms of cost and deadlines, in compliance with MAPFRE's legal obligations and with service quality and efficiency objectives.
