What you'll get

Salary: 22,500 gross/year + 15% monthly variable.

The role

Are you interested in telephone sales? Are you interested in the insurance sector? Do you want to develop professionally in one of the largest companies in the insurance sector? This is your offer! We are looking for telephone agents for their customer loyalty department.

What you'll do

Receiving calls for personalized attention and advice to clients.
Identifying the client's needs.
Selling the products.
Resolving the queries of current or potential clients.
Global management of the demands of the insured through the company's own system.
Negotiation, Loyalty and Client Retention.
Process motor property damage claims.

How you'll work

Permanent split shift. Monday to Friday from 9:00h to 18:00h.

No work on holidays or Saturdays.

Availability to start: November 17th
Contract: 6 months + possibility of moving to permanent staff
Location: Tres Cantos
