From EULEN Flexiplan, Global Solutions Division of HR and Employment of the EULEN Group, we are selecting Telephone Managers for an Important Home Insurance Multinational located in Tres Cantos.

What you'll do

What's your mission?

Review the policy coverage of policyholders, resolve any doubts or issues that may arise, coordinate with other departments and professionals the services provided in each case, and manage the claim process until its resolution.

What do we offer you?

- Immediate incorporation

- Initial contract through EULEN Flexiplan: 2 months temporary + 4 months temporary + permanent employment with the client.

- Paid initial training, Monday to Friday, morning shift from 9am to 3pm, and on-site position.

- Salary: Normal hour: 8.08€/h.

Language bonus: 0.59€/hour
Weekend bonus: 0.59€/hour
Overtime bonus: 11.31€/hour
Holiday bonus: 12.12€/hour

How you'll work

- There are three shift options:

-Monday to Friday: 20h/week, Mon-Fri from 9:30am to 1:30pm or from 10am to 2pm

-Monday to Friday: 20h/week, Mon-Fri from 4pm to 8pm

-Weekends, holidays, and Mondays: from 4pm to 11pm and Mondays from 4pm to 8pm.

What do we need?

- Verbal fluency, good command of office software, and accustomed to handling a high volume of calls
- Previous experience in telephone customer service in a call center, experience in home insurance processing, and excellent telephone customer service skills
- Residency in the province of the job location.
- Full availability.
- Aptitude, positive attitude, willingness to work and learn.

- Knowledge of the Catalan language will be valued
