What will your day-to-day duties be? 💻

• Manage and verify the administrative and financial documentation of suppliers and clients, ensuring the correct validation and filing of invoices, contracts, and pending payments.
• Carry out the control and follow-up of invoicing for clients and suppliers within their area of influence, ensuring the correct issuance of invoices to clients (integration into their platforms) and payment reconciliation.
• Manage the purchasing of consumable materials and equipment.
• Handle administrative and financial incidents, acting as a liaison with clients and suppliers to resolve discrepancies arising from the invoicing process.

• At least 1 year of experience performing duties in the controlling area (purchasing and finance), preferably in the logistics sector.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics environments is valued.

• Realizar el control y seguimiento de la facturación de clientes y proveedores de su área de influencia, asegurando la correcta emisión de facturas al cliente (integración en sus plataformas) y conciliación de pagos.
• Gestionar las compras de materiales consumibles y equipamiento.
• Gestionar incidencias administrativas y financieras, actuando como enlace con clientes y proveedores para la resolución de discrepancias derivadas del proceso de facturación.
