Operations Manager

What will your day-to-day duties be? 💻

• Ensure the execution of the platform's objectives and operations within the framework of company policies, coordinating operations under your area of responsibility.
• You will ensure the quality of the service provided and compliance with the service conditions agreed upon with the respective clients.
• Manage the consolidation and development of the client's business.
• Participate in making strategic decisions for the platform, contributing to the development of projects.
• Monitor and report on each of the operational indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate and supervise the assignment of tasks and competencies, distribute work, allocate costs, quality, and time coherently, and guarantee the availability of resources while fostering team-oriented work environments.

¿Qué funciones realizarás en tu día a día? 💻

• Garantizar la ejecución de los objetivos de la plataforma y operativa dentro del marco de las políticas de la compañía, coordinando las operaciones bajo su área de responsabilidad.
• Velará por la calidad del servicio prestado y cumplimiento de las condiciones de servicio acordadas con los respectivos clientes.
• Gestionar la consolidación y desarrollo del negocio del cliente.
• Participar en la toma de las decisiones estratégicas de la plataforma, contribuyendo al desarrollo de los proyectos.
• Hacer seguimiento e informes de cada uno de los indicadores (KPI's) de la operativa.
• Coordinar y supervisar la asignación de tareas y competencias, distribuir el trabajo, asignar con coherencia los costes, calidad, tiempo y garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos estimulando entornos de trabajo en equipo.

• Eres graduado en Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o similares.
• Presentas un nivel alto de comunicación en inglés.
• Aportas entre 4-6 años de experiencia como Responsable de Operaciones.
