Requirements

What we're looking for

Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training in Electrical Installations, HVAC, or similar.

Training in OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) and team management is valued.

Minimum 5 years of experience in installations (HVAC, electricity, industrial refrigeration, or similar).

Previous experience coordinating teams on-site or in maintenance.

Knowledge of HVAC, electricity, and comprehensive maintenance of installations.

Ability to interpret plans and technical documentation.

Proficiency in diagnostic and control tools.

Job description

Job Mission

Direct and coordinate the team of technicians in HVAC, electrical, and comprehensive maintenance works and installations.

Plan and supervise daily tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines and safety regulations.

Resolve technical incidents in the field and provide support to the team in the execution of works.

Report progress, needs, and deviations to the area/project manager.

Control the use of materials, tools, and resources assigned to each work or contract.

Guarantee the final quality of the installations and correct customer service.
