Our fashion retail company is in a phase of strong growth and transformation. We are looking for a Marketing Manager capable of leading the brand rebranding, developing a global strategy, and implementing concrete actions that make a difference in sales.

🎯 What we are looking for

• Professional with experience in strategic and operational marketing, preferably in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail sector.

• Proven experience in branding and rebranding.

• Ability to create and implement multi-channel strategies (physical stores, digital, events, press, partnerships).

• Results-oriented profile: focus on increasing sales, average ticket, and customer loyalty.

• Experience in managing teams and suppliers (agencies, designers, media, etc.).

• Proficiency in digital tools: social media, paid campaigns, CRM, email marketing, SEO/SEM.

📌 Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's global marketing plan.

• Lead the rebranding and reinforcement of the brand identity.

• Launch integrated campaigns that directly impact sales.

• Coordinate visual merchandising actions, in-store activations, and digital campaigns.

• Measure results and optimize actions based on clear KPIs (ROI, sales, traffic, conversion).

• Be the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring that all marketing actions reinforce the shopping experience.
