Your mission:
We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the transformation of our processes and the culture of operational excellence. This professional will be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing improvement initiatives across all areas of the company, ensuring efficiency, organization, and alignment with the corporate culture.

What you will do:
✅ Map processes and identify improvement opportunities.
✅ Lead Lean, Kaizen, or similar transformation projects.
✅ Support management in structuring the company, making it more efficient and less dependent on direct management.
✅ Be an advocate for the continuous improvement culture.
✅ Support different departments in adopting best practices.

Profile we are looking for:
✔️ Degree in Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related fields.
✔️ Proven experience in continuous improvement, process management, or Lean projects.
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
✔️ Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented.
