Backoffice Assistant

Forte Store is a fully Portuguese company operating in the trade of prestigious fashion brands.

We are a growing company and are currently looking for a Backoffice Assistant to join our Collections Management team.

• Issue and send orders to suppliers;

• Check order notes, report discrepancies;

• Manage returns and collections;

• Categorization and description of Products;

• Analyze purchasing, sales, stock, and delivery deadline data.

• Experience with management software from a user perspective (preferred);

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (preferred);

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Result orientation through the application of methodologies;

• High analytical capacity, rigor, and attention to detail;

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Spanish (valued);

• Eligible for the INICIAR Internship, with level 4 or 5 qualification from the National Qualifications Framework (preferred).
