Finance Accountant Lead

You will be in charge of Freshly's accounting and coordinating the Finance Accountant team (3 people). You will report to the CFO and work to ensure that the accounts reflect the business activity, closings are completed on time, and the team works with autonomy.

• Lead and develop the Finance Accountant team: assign scopes, set closing priorities, and support their performance and growth.

• Plan monthly and annual closings, and technically review and validate the team's entries, provisions, and reconciliations.

• Define, document, and maintain Freshly's accounting policies, coordinating with Tax on matters with tax impact.

• Lead sales integrations with Business Central, so that sales are automatically recorded in the correct account by channel and market.

• Manage Accounts Receivable accounting: validate and record invoices and provisions, and keep reconciliations up to date, including payment gateways and methods.

• Consolidate the 3-month forecast of payments and collections for all scopes and deliver it to Treasury.

• Standardize and document the team's processes and implement at least one automation per year that reduces incidents and advances closing tasks.

• Drive efficiency initiatives with a measurable impact on EBITDA or margins, and coordinate documentation for audits.
