Are you passionate about order, organization, and working in a dynamic environment? Would you like to learn from the inside how administrative and logistics management works in a company like Freshly? This is your opportunity!

We are looking for an intern, eager to learn, with attention to detail and motivation to support the Wholesale team from the Back Office area. You will be part of the team's day-to-day, helping to ensure that orders arrive on time, well-managed, and with a smile (even if it's a digital one 😉).

What you'll do

You will support the processing and tracking of wholesale orders, ensuring that everything is up to date and correct.
You will keep the customer database up to date.
You will collaborate with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure deadlines and error-free deliveries.
You will participate in invoicing and order documentation tasks.
You will help resolve incidents related to orders or shipments.
You will prepare basic reports that help the team make data-driven decisions.
And you will be attentive to possible improvements in administrative processes!

What are we looking for in you?

That you are currently studying something related to Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or similar.
That you have an eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
That you are organized, with good attention to detail.
That you have good proficiency in tools such as Excel (filtering, pivot tables, basic controls)/ Google Sheets.
