IT Systems Manager

• Solid experience in hybrid infrastructures (On-Premise & Cloud).
• Advanced administration of Linux and/or Windows Server and Microsoft 365 management.
• Experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Automation and scripting with Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience in networks and cybersecurity: firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, WatchGuard, Cisco), LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN and application filtering, and best practices for security and WiFi deployment.
• Work with ITSM tools (Jira Service Management).
• Ability to act as an escalation level for critical incidents.
• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Collaborative, proactive profile, adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Demonstrate orientation toward the internal client, promoting a close, proactive relationship centered on the user experience.
• Work collaboratively, facilitating communication and understanding between areas.

• You will lead the technical team, organizing priorities and resources, fostering collaboration, and accompanying each person in their professional development.
• You will administer the technological infrastructure platform, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the systems. You will work with Linux/Windows Server environments, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and advanced virtualization technologies (VMware/NUTANIX/Hyper-V).
• You will lead and carry out technological evolution projects in the areas of virtualization, containers, communications, as well as cybersecurity. Additionally, you will evaluate new technologies that provide strategic value to the business.
• You will guarantee compliance with service levels, supervising daily operations and ensuring agile incident management and communication with users.
• You will foster a culture of support and guidance for the internal client, driving a close, proactive relationship oriented toward the user experience.
• You will analyze helpdesk data to detect patterns and activate improvements that increase efficiency and service quality.
• You will maintain and update the area's internal procedures, managing providers and evaluating new technological solutions when necessary.
• You will drive the continuous improvement of the infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and capacity for growth in the face of business needs.
• You will collaborate in the protection of information systems, supervising projects and aligning technological evolution with strategic objectives.
