Engineering Manager

• Technical or higher degree in Engineering or similar (ADE, PRL, architecture are also valued, depending on experience)
• Experience in technical project management, preferably in an industrial or construction environment
• Intermediate level of English (French or other languages are valued)
• Availability to travel approximately 60 days per year
• Training in occupational risk prevention.
• Coordination, planning, and communication skills

At Fritz&Muller we are looking for an Engineering Manager for a prominent company in the ceramic sector (production and distribution of raw materials and semi-finished products), based in Castellón.

• Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring operational success and the professional development of the team
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects and initiatives, complying with quality, safety, and efficiency standards
• Define objectives, deadlines, and responsibilities, optimizing resources according to the organizational strategy
• Manage the budget and administer resources, including purchasing and the contracting of services
• Optimize industrial processes and promote innovation (Industry 4.0), seeking cost savings and reduction of environmental impact
• Supervise the engineering, environment, and continuous improvement departments
• Provide support and design international projects, with availability to travel nationally and internationally
