• Processing and monitoring of national and international orders, ensuring the correct management of prices, deadlines, and commercial conditions.
• Preparation and control of commercial documentation (offers, orders, delivery notes, certificates, and invoices), guaranteeing accuracy and compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.
• Direct attention to international customers and partners, incident resolution, and query management, maintaining fluid communication with local and global commercial teams.
• Collaboration with the commercial department in the preparation of reports, sales analysis, and supporting documentation.
• Updating databases, maintaining records in the ERP, and coordination with the logistics, quality, and finance departments to ensure an efficient flow of information.
