Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or other related STEM degrees.
- More than 4 years of experience in developing AI solutions in production.
- High level of programming in Python and experience in distributed systems and APIs.
- Experience designing bots, copilots, or AI-based automation systems.
- Knowledge of process orchestration, AI agents, and the ReAct paradigm.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Experience with AWS (especially Bedrock, Lambda, and API Gateway; Step Functions is a plus).
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments. Knowledge of RAG, LLM observability, and AI best practices (is a plus).
- Knowledge of AI security and governance.
- Ability to work autonomously in changing environments and international collaboration.

The role
What you'll do
- Design, build, and scale AI systems based on bots and autonomous agents.
- Translate business processes into automated, traceable, and scalable flows. Develop and integrate AI bots and agents with APIs, internal systems, and tools such as Microsoft Teams or Genesys.
- Implement agent architectures (ReAct, tool calling, multi-step reasoning, and memory management).
- Work with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel. Define boundaries for autonomy, security, and governance in AI systems.
- Design automation and AI solutions on cloud architectures (AWS).
- Guarantee observability, traceability, and control of non-deterministic systems. Optimize performance, costs, and reliability of AI solutions in production.
- Collaborate with architecture and AI teams in local and international environments.
