What are we looking for?
A GRANTS AND CALLS FOR APPLICATIONS TECHNICIAN, who has experience in the comprehensive management of public grants and employment aid, capable of managing the complete cycle of formulation, execution, monitoring, and technical and economic justification of funded projects.
Among your functions:
●Identify public and private funding opportunities at local, national, and international levels.
●Scheduling of calls for applications, with a forecast of publication dates, projects to be submitted, and anticipation of procedures (compliance with requirements).
●Stay updated on regulations and trends in grants and funding for people with disabilities.
●Verify compliance with the regulations, conditions, and requirements established in the Calls for Applications.
●Communication with the convening bodies or entities to resolve doubts or gather information necessary for the management of the aid, handling emails or notifications, and necessary procedures.
●Prepare and submit applications for calls and grants in the required time and manner.
●Identify opportunities for the submission of new and/or consolidated projects.
●Collaborate with other departments to collect the information necessary for applications.
●Manage the monitoring of calls and grants awarded, guaranteeing compliance with requirements and the submission of reports. KPI reporting.
●Collaborate in the preparation of impact reports for the funded programs.
