What we're looking for

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in operational administration, technical assistance service (SAT) management, contracts, or operations support positions.

IT tools:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced Excel with fluid handling of formulas and mathematical functions; Word and Outlook).

Experience and agility in the combined use of business management software (ERP) and work order / Technical Service management applications.

Key skills

Excellent communication skills for continuous interaction with clients, technicians, and management.

High capacity for organization, order, and monitoring of tasks/calendars.

Problem-solving, proactive profile with an orientation toward the effective resolution of unforeseen events.

What you'll do

Comprehensive management of maintenance contracts: equipment registration and deregistration, rate updates, annual renewals, and modifications at the client's request (coverage expansions, service variations, etc.).

Planning and monitoring of preventive maintenance: issuance of monthly lists of scheduled inspections and coordination of the work calendar with technicians.

Management of work orders (Technical Service): creation, assignment, active monitoring, and closure of incidents and preventive inspections.

Supervision and control of technical reports: exhaustive review of reports generated by technicians, detection of repair or replacement needs, and final documented delivery to the client.

Preparation and monitoring of quotes: drafting of economic offers derived from technical inspections and commercial management of the same with the client until approval.

Invoicing: periodic issuance and control of fees derived from maintenance contracts.

Management system handling: entry, cross-referencing, and fluid analysis of data between the ERP software and the Technical Service platform.
