AWS DevOps

• Solid experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps methodologies, CI/CD, release management, and promotion strategies between environments.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, CDK, Terraform, and/or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Amazon ECS, and AWS Fargate.
• Fundamental knowledge of ECS on EC2 for container deployment, management, and operation in AWS.
• Good knowledge of deployment strategies such as blue/green, canary, rolling deployments, and rollback mechanisms.
• Solid scripting and automation capabilities, preferably with Python and Bash.
• Fundamental experience with Python and data flow orchestration using Luigi or similar frameworks.
• AWS Certification.
• Fluent English level (B2).

Although they will depend on your knowledge and experience, in general the main functions you would carry out with us would be:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud environments in AWS following scalable, secure, and reliable architecture principles.
• Define and implement DevOps practices in development, testing, pre-production, and production environments.
• Create, maintain, and evolve CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Terraform.
• Collaborate with development, data science, security, and architecture teams to industrialize cloud solutions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards to ensure platform reliability and incident visibility.
• Apply cloud security best practices, including least privilege, IAM roles, permission boundaries, secrets management, and secure networking.
• Optimize cloud costs, performance, and operational efficiency on AWS services.
• Execute workload migrations between AWS accounts towards Virtual Data Center (VDC) environments, ensuring the adaptation of necessary connections, dependencies, and configurations.
• Migrate processes deployed in ECS on EC2, managing container deployment adjustments, service configuration, and subsequent operational validation.
