Your main responsibilities are:

  • Configure, parameterize, evolve, and administer the Medallia platform based on business needs.
  • Participate in Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) projects, ensuring the correct capture, processing, and analysis of customer information.
  • Design, implement, and optimize survey programs and feedback collection mechanisms using Medallia.
  • Collaborate with business areas to understand functional objectives and translate them into solutions within the platform.
  • Work together with technical teams to ensure the correct integration of Medallia with other corporate systems.
  • Analyze customer experience data and prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics that facilitate decision-making.
  • Propose continuous improvements in customer experience processes based on insights obtained from the platform.
  • Participate in resolving functional incidents and optimizing the performance of the solution. Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data managed in Medallia.
  • Provide support and advice to business users on the use and capabilities of the tool.
