We are currently looking for a Medallia Consultant who wants to develop their career at GFT. We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person willing to start and grow in a multicultural, challenging, and motivating environment.
Although they will depend on your profile and experience, in general your main duties would include:
Configure, parameterize, administer, and evolve the Medallia platform based on business needs.
Participate in Customer Experience (CX) and Voice of Customer (VoC) projects, ensuring the correct capture, processing, and analysis of information from customers.
Design, implement, and optimize survey programs and feedback collection mechanisms through Medallia.
Collaborate with business areas to understand functional objectives and translate them into solutions within the platform.
Work together with technical teams to guarantee the correct integration of Medallia with other corporate systems.
Analyze customer experience data and prepare reports, dashboards, and metrics that facilitate decision-making.
Propose continuous improvements in customer experience processes based on the insights obtained from the platform.
Participate in the resolution of functional incidents and in the optimization of the solution's performance. Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of the data managed in Medallia.
Provide support and advice to business users regarding the use and capabilities of the tool.
