About the role

We are looking for a SOC Leader with experience leading SOC N2/N3 teams and coordinating response to security incidents.

What you'll do

  • Lead teams of N2 and N3 analysts, ensuring service quality and continuity.
  • Coordinate incident response with technical teams, operations, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee prioritization of alerts, escalations, and tracking of critical incidents.
  • Drive improvement of playbooks, detection rules, and SOC procedures.
  • Produce operational and executive reporting on activity, risks, and SOC capabilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading SOC or blue team teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of detection, analysis, and incident response processes.
  • Familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat intelligence.
  • Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in critical situations.
  • Advanced level of English in an international environment.
