The role
We are looking for Retention Agents to join a leading health insurance company in Spain (with its own network of hospitals and medical centers) for our team in Madrid. If customer interaction motivates you, this position is for you!
What you'll do
You will manage incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel their products:
- Detect the real reason for the cancellation request (need, objection, dissatisfaction, price, usage, etc.).
- Build loyalty by applying a retention script (without offering discounts).
- Secure the customer's continuity whenever possible.
- If it ultimately proceeds, process the sending of the cancellation form to complete the request.
How you'll work
- 30 h per week: 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday
- 25 h per week: 15:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday
2-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and service needs.
On-site in offices located in the Suanzes (L5) area
Later on, depending on results and service needs, there is the possibility of a hybrid teleworking modality.
There will be a training period (selective and unpaid) of 5 days on-site during the following hours: 09:00 to 15:00 in their offices, starting on 05/10.
