Currently, from the MADRID office, we are looking for a FASHION CUSTOMER SERVICE representative for an important fashion brand.
Functions: Answer incoming phone calls from new and existing customers. Manage customer orders, as well as product modifications and returns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Provide excellent customer service experience through different contact channels, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as boosting sales.
Contract: Temporary 1 month
Working day: 38.5 hours/week from Monday to Friday. From 9:00 to 18:00
