Requirements
What we're looking for
We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:
• Training: A specific degree is not essential.
• Minimum previous experience of 1 to 2 years leading teams in children's leisure parks, entertainment centers, toy libraries, or very dynamic catering/retail sectors.
• Experience in team management and coordination.
• First Aid training. Key competencies: Leadership and problem-solving capacity, high customer orientation, dynamism, and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexible and with availability to adapt to the needs of the center.
• With the capacity to follow company guidelines and ensure they are correctly implemented.
• Willingness to work additional hours when business needs require it.
• With initiative and the capacity to resolve day-to-day problems without having to constantly depend on company managers.
• With good communication skills and ability to deal with both children and adult customers.
Nice to have
• Food handler's certificate is valued.
Pay & benefits
What you'll get
The gross annual salary for full-time employment is €19,450.65. Additionally, there is a monthly bonus system based on objectives, of up to €200 gross per month, depending on the fulfillment of the tasks and objectives established by the company.
The role
Currently, from the VALLADOLID delegation, we are looking for a CHILDREN'S LEISURE CENTER MANAGER for VALLADOLID.
What you'll do
The person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily operation of the center, including:
• Coordinating the team and supervising the daily operation of the center.
• Organizing staff shifts and schedules.
• Carrying out the distribution of tasks among workers.
• Supervising that each worker correctly fulfills their duties.
• Resolving incidents and conflicts within the team.
• Controlling staff punctuality, attendance, and organization.
• Supervising that the center is correctly prepared, clean, and organized.
• Supervising the correct functioning of the facilities and communicating any incidents.
• Coordinating the daily activity of the center and ensuring that the procedures established by the company are met.
• Managing and resolving incidents that may arise during the activity.
• Attending to customers and families.
• Managing complaints with politeness, professionalism, and the ability to offer solutions.
• Especially supervising the care and experience of the children and their families.
• Coordinating birthdays, reservations, and center activities.
• Supervising the correct functioning of celebrations and events.
• Controlling that the safety and operational rules of the center are met.
• Informing management of any important incident. • Proposing improvements for the operation and organization of the center.
How you'll work

The working week will be 40 hours.
The usual planned schedule is: * Monday to Thursday: 16:30 - 21:30 * Friday: 16:30 - 22:00 * Saturday: 11:00 - 14:30 and 16:30 - 22:00
The center also opens on Sundays and holidays, so we are looking for a person with schedule flexibility and availability to adapt to the real needs of the business.
