Currently, from the MADRID delegation, we are looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE AGENT IN THE HEALTHCARE SECTOR in an on-site modality.
We tell you the main requirements and other skills for the position:
- Handling patient calls.
- Consulting various computer systems.
- Scheduling and managing cancellations or changes of flu appointments.
- BO management.
The exact shifts and working hours will be specified within each time slot.
Contract Type: Two-month temporary contract. Possibility of extension. With the probationary period established by law.
Salary: €9.39 gross per hour. Pro-rated holidays and extra payments.
Work area: On-site at your offices located in Suanzes, Madrid, 28027. Once the learning curve is overcome, hybrid remote work can be evaluated.
Training course: 5-day training course. Selective and unpaid. From 13/10/2026 to 19/10/2026
Start date: Immediate once training is completed 20/10/2026
