Requirements
What we're looking for
Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or similar (accredited in Spain)
Solid experience as a Site Manager in civil works projects
Previous experience leading teams and managing several works (or real capacity to make the leap)
Results-oriented profile, with decision-making capacity and autonomy
Knowledge in economic control of works and maintenance contracts
Availability for national travel
Nice to have
Proficiency in AutoCAD / BIM is valued

The role

At GHC, we collaborate with a solid company in the civil engineering sector, with more than 30 years of experience executing civil works, infrastructure, and maintenance projects nationwide.
We are looking for a Group Leader with consolidated experience in civil works, who wants to take on a role of greater responsibility by leading several projects simultaneously and having a direct impact on results.
What you'll do
You will assume the integral management of a group of works, with both technical and economic responsibility:
Simultaneous supervision of several civil works projects
Coordination and leadership of technical teams (site managers and production managers)
Control of costs, deadlines, and project profitability
Direct interlocution with the client in key meetings and certifications
Identification of deviations and decision-making to correct them
Proposal of improvements oriented towards efficiency and margin
