Customer Experience and Personal Trainer

At GOfit Montecarmelo, we are looking to hire someone who combines customer orientation with a vocation for personal training, to become part of our Customer Experience team and contribute to the development of our personal training services.
If you enjoy working with people, are passionate about the sports sector, and are motivated to accompany clients in achieving their goals, we want to meet you!

What will your mission be?
During part of your working day, you will be part of the Customer Experience team. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop your activity as a Personal Trainer, acquiring and retaining clients to offer and deliver personal training sessions.

Main functions:
Customer Experience

• Assistance and welcoming of members.
• Management of inquiries and incidents.
• Support in reception and in-person service tasks.
• Advising on the center's services and activities.
• Contribution to an excellent experience for our clients.

Personal Training

• Acquisition and development of a personal training client portfolio.
• Design and monitoring of individualized training programs.
• Evaluation and accompaniment of clients in the achievement of their goals.
• Active promotion of the center's personal training services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences (CAFYD) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service and/or reception.
• Experience in personal training is valued.
• Interest and skills for commercial development and client acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and teamwork.
• Passion for physical activity, health, and well-being.

Valued:

• Advanced use of MS Office.
• Specialized course in sales, customer service, or marketing.
• Experience with CRM programs.
