The role

YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an automotive parts specialist whose main objective is to supply the requested parts to: workshops, other departments, and the rest of the company. Maintaining the parts stock in perfect storage conditions, order, and cleanliness. Achieving the greatest possible efficiency in parts supply.

What you'll do

YOUR TASKS

· Selling parts over the counter.

· Cash register management at the parts counter.

· Invoicing for materials sold and received.

· Placing orders for the parts needed by the body shop and mechanical workshop departments, as well as for the counter itself.

· Entering delivery notes and material purchases into the computer systems.

· Managing and controlling stock.

· Ensuring parts supply in the warehouse.

· Handling telephone inquiries.

· Schedule: 40 hours/week. Monday-Friday 08:30 - 17:00
