Hotel Director

• Training in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or similar.

• Consolidated experience in Hotel Management positions or similar.

• Solid knowledge of economic and operational management.

• Experience leading teams and managing establishments of a certain size.

• Commercial and customer-oriented profile, with excellent communication skills.

• High level of English. Other languages will be valued.

• Good command of office tools and hotel management systems.

• Dynamic, resourceful, organized person with the ability to work in changing environments.

• Great tact, leadership capacity, and ability to generate a good working atmosphere.

• International mindset, good presence, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Residence in El Barco de Ávila or surroundings is essential.

At Paul Marlex we are collaborating with a health and wellness tourism project located in El Barco de Ávila, in the heart of the Sierra de Gredos, which combines a high-level hotel experience with precision medicine, wellness, nutrition, and personalized regeneration programs. The project is facing a new stage of growth and professionalization, with a comprehensive renovation of its facilities, a qualitative leap in service and management standards, and the launch of a new model of stays and health programs planned for January 2027. In this context, we are looking to hire a Hotel Director who will assume a key role in this new stage, combining the executive and operational management of the hotel with a clear commercial and business orientation.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the hotel, guaranteeing quality and service standards, leading the team, and contributing to the economic and commercial development of the project. Among your main responsibilities:

• Management and supervision of the hotel's global operations.

• Guaranteeing an excellent guest experience and service.

• Team management and leadership, fostering a good working environment.

• Control and analysis of costs, revenue, profitability, and monthly closings.

• Supervision of warehouses, stocks, and procurement.

• Periodic analysis of results and proposal of improvement actions.

• Optimization of occupancy and generation of new business opportunities.

• Participation in the commercial strategy and development of international positioning.

• Management and evolution of hotel management systems (PMS) and tools linked to the guest experience.

• Coordination of the different teams and areas of the establishment.
