The role

Mapfre Global Risks is the Mapfre Group Unit specialized in providing comprehensive and innovative insurance solutions to large companies, facing the most complex risks present in their activities, leading international programs through a service network operating in more than 100 countries.

What you'll do

  • Management and Coordination of complete programs with international deployment.
  • Monitoring the evolution of the Program in all countries with local Mapfre companies and other partners.
  • Constant interaction with the client/broker/captive.
  • Monitoring and support in the internal management of balances and economic flows between the client and their captive and the different Mapfre entities or external cedants involved.
  • Control of the contractual documentation flow for captive operations.
  • Attention, coordination, and monitoring of the operational flow.
  • Definition and proposal of Service Protocols adapted to the client's needs. Establishment of SLAs/KPIs or monitoring indicators agreed with the client/broker/captive.
  • Implementation of action/improvement plans required by the client.
