The role
Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera is selecting an International Relations Technician to join the International Relations Office team, with the aim of supporting the management of international programs and mobility, and contributing to the strengthening of the University's international dimension.
What you'll do
Technical-administrative support for CEU UCH international programs.
Coordination with internal services and partner universities.
Monitoring of established procedures and deadlines.
Administrative management of incoming and outgoing Erasmus+ student mobility.
Management of Erasmus+ mobility for PTGAS and PDI.
Processing and monitoring of academic and administrative documentation.
Support in the management of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs).
Support in the administrative management of Erasmus+ KA2 projects.
Communication with international partner institutions.
Administrative processing of SICUE mobilities.
Management of applications, documentation, and monitoring of files.
Preparation of program lists and reports.
Coordination with academic centers and participating universities.
Direct service to national and international students.
Resolution of in-person, telephone, and electronic inquiries.
Guidance for students throughout the entire mobility cycle.
Service based on kindness, approachability, and service orientation.
Preparation, publication, and dissemination of mobility calls for applications.
Management of deadlines and receipt of applications.
Support in the communication and dissemination of international programs.
How you'll work
Availability to travel abroad within the framework of activities, meetings, or training related to international programs.
