The role

From Grupo Crit we are looking for a Vehicle Workshop Administrative Assistant who wants to join a dynamic and committed team.

Are you passionate about the automotive world?

In this position, you will be the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring proper administrative management of services. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

What you'll do

Preparation and follow-up of repair estimates.
Administrative management of the workshop using sector-specific tools.
Analysis and review of estimates and damage assessments.
Control and monitoring of repair deadlines.
Coordination and monitoring of workers' production.
Support in the organization and planning of workshop activity.

How you'll work

Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday,

Hours: from 08:00 to 17:30, with 1 hour and 30 minutes of break.
Summer schedule (July and August): 07:00 to 15:30
