Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Production Manager in new construction residential building projects.
Experience in multi-family housing developments is valued.
Proficiency in Navision or other ERP management systems will be valued.
Capacity for organization, planning, and team coordination.
Residency in La Línea de la Concepción, Campo de Gibraltar, or nearby areas.

Nice to have

Knowledge of economic site control.

The role

Do you have experience in residential building projects and are you passionate about site management? At Grupo Crit, we are selecting a Production Manager to join an important residential construction project in La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz).

You will join the team in charge of the execution of a 90-housing development, participating in a stable project with an estimated duration of 30 months, where you can develop your professional career in a consolidated company within the construction sector.

What you'll do

Planning, coordination, and monitoring of works on site.
Production control and compliance with established deadlines.
Coordination of subcontractors and work teams.
Control and monitoring of execution costs.
Supervision of quality and safety on site.
Management of measurements and certifications.
Monitoring of purchases and supplies.
Direct collaboration with the Site Manager to guarantee the correct development of the project.
