The role

A regional construction company wants to bring on a top-tier professional to lead the company's technical and production area. This is a strategic position, reporting directly to senior management, with real influence over decision-making and the future growth of the business.

What you'll do

The main responsibilities of the person hired will be:

Managing and coordinating the Production, Technical Office, and Studies areas.
Overseeing the full portfolio of the company's construction projects.
Managing Site Managers, Foremen, and technical teams.
Defining and monitoring budgets, costs, and financial results.
Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety on projects.
Participating in the strategy for bidding on and securing new projects.
Optimizing internal procedures and improving operational efficiency.
Liaising with clients, technical management teams, developers, and public bodies.
Identifying and managing technical and financial risks.
Driving digitalization and professionalization of construction processes.
Preparing management reports for senior management.

How you'll work

Working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (specialized), Architecture, or Technical Architecture, or an equivalent technical qualification.
More than 10 years of experience in the construction sector.
Proven experience leading projects, primarily in civil works.
At least 5 years managing production teams and technical structures.
Experience in financial control of projects and results management.
Experience in mid-sized or regional construction companies is a plus.
Leadership and influencing skills.
Strategic vision and a results-driven approach.
High organizational and planning capacity.
Negotiation and communication skills.
Decision-making.
Customer orientation.
Ability to develop and motivate teams.
