Join our team as a Customer Service / Technical Support Agent in Getafe!

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for a Customer Service and Technical Support Agent (ATC / SAT) to join a major company located in Getafe immediately. Your main mission will be to attend to and manage inquiries, incidents, and requests from our customers via telephone and email, guaranteeing an agile, efficient, and high-quality service.

What you'll do

  • Attend to calls and emails from customers, offering information and specialized support.
