Customer Service Representative (CSR)

What you'll do

In this position, you will be the voice of one of the leading supermarkets in the Spanish market. Your main mission includes:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through telephone, chat, and email.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries regarding product availability in stores, opening hours, and locations.
  • Identifying and evaluating customer needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
  • Using internal tools to document interactions accurately.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and improvements.

How you'll work

  • Estimated start date 05.10.2026.
  • 30-hour work week from Monday to Sunday. (Maximum 2 weekends per month; in case you work the weekend, you will have the corresponding days off during the week).
  • Afternoon shift from 15:00 to 21:00.
  • Initial temporary contract.
  • Work modality: On-site at our Alicante offices: Av Perfecto Palacio de Fuente, 6, 03003 Alicante.
