The role

From the Crit HiTalent Division, we are selecting a Commercial Director specialized in Fire Protection Systems (PCI) to join a company specialized in the integral maintenance of PCI systems, located in Madrid.

What you'll do

Active prospecting of new clients in the Community of Madrid, identifying opportunities in communities, premises, shops, SMEs, and buildings
Management, expansion, and loyalty of the commercial portfolio, ensuring recurrence in PCI maintenance contracts
Preparation, presentation, and follow-up of quotes for PCI maintenance contracts and installations
Direct coordination with departments to plan services, avoid overselling, and ensure realistic deadlines
Definition and implementation of commercial KPIs: visits, conversion ratios, pipeline, margin, recurrence, and monthly objectives.
Creation and structuring of the commercial department from scratch: processes, roles, tools, CRM, and work methodology.
Leadership and follow-up of the commercial team, including training, accompaniment on visits, and weekly review of objectives.
Periodic reporting to management with analysis of results, forecasts, and corrective actions.
Negotiation with key clients and closing of strategic agreements to increase turnover and market presence.
