Requirements

What we're looking for

Desirable: technical training in Industrial Mechanics, Maintenance, Metallurgy, Electromechanics, or related fields (intermediate technician or certified course).
Demonstrable experience in industrial maintenance within the food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic sector.
Solid knowledge of mechanics, industrial electricity, pneumatics, and automation.
Ability for disassembly, fine adjustment, and format changes in high-precision machinery.
Knowledge of weighing, dosing, and product control systems.
Handling of electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools.
Specific experience in the operation, adjustment, and maintenance of stick and doypack machines, counting machines, encapsulators, dosers, tablet presses, packaging machines, and labeling machines.

Nice to have

Experience with PLC, HMI, and frequency drives is valued.

The role

We are looking for a highly skilled Industrial Electromechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical systems in industrial environments.

What you'll do

Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial food machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electromechanical faults.
Adjust, calibrate, and commission production and packaging equipment.
Intervene in automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing and packaging lines.
Execute format changes, regulation, and machine optimization.
Interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints.
Supervise the correct operation of motors, gearboxes, sensors, drives, PLCs, and automatic systems.
Guarantee compliance with food safety, industrial hygiene, and risk prevention standards.
Coordinate with production to minimize downtime.
Propose technical improvements and process optimization actions.
