Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in importation and in Purchasing departments, preferably with suppliers from China.
Experience in the incorporation and management of new products will be valued.
Minimum English level First
High level of Catalan.
High typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of office software.
Active, agile, organized, dynamic person with the ability to work in a team.
Important: We are looking for profiles with experience in the Purchasing and Import departments of companies.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Starting salary: €24,000 gross per year.
Stable schedule:
Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 to 16:00 h.
Friday, from 7:00 to 15:00 h.
Job stability and continuity in the position.

The role

Do you have experience in import and purchasing and are you looking for a stable project?

We are looking to hire an Import and Purchasing Administrator to manage tasks related to product importation and the incorporation of new references, preferably with experience working with suppliers from China.

What you'll do

Management and monitoring of import and purchasing processes, preferably with suppliers from the Chinese market.
Management and incorporation of new products into the catalogue.
Entry, updating, and maintenance of data in computer systems.
Management and review of documentation related to purchasing and import processes.
Performance of administrative and information management tasks.
Coordination with the team to ensure the correct development of processes.
